Jitse ten Hove - Gameplay Programmer

3 years of experience
In 2018, I started programming in Unity and .NET using C#. I loved it and soon I was spending more time making games than playing games. I didn’t finish a lot of games, especially in the beginning. I constantly kept getting new ideas for new games that I wanted to make.

My goal is to finish my education at Buas and turn my hobby into a job. During my studies, I will get better at game programming. I will gain experience in working in different teams, learning from my mistakes, and sharing knowledge with other students and professors.

R6 PracticeBox is a game that can be used to practice skills for Rainbow Six Siege. It is actually more of a "trainer" than a game. The trainer contains a lot of trainings that can be customized to the user's liking. The unique thing about R6-PracticeBox is that you can practice with screenshots from the game. This is for example used to learn map callouts. This is also implemented in the reaction time trainers, where you need to look for enemies in an image.
